Welcome to the Boylston Public Access website!
WBAC, Boylston Cable Channel 11, is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation created to operate and manage the public access channel provided for in the Franchise Agreement between Charter Communications and the Town of Boylston. WBAC's Mission is to provide town and community programming to our subscribers, an outlet for individual owner's programming, and ensure First Amendment expression on various topics. Public access enables ordinary citizens to exercise their First Amendment right to free speech on community television.
WBAC is composed entirely of volunteers and is dedicated to training local people to further the "Boylston Experience" by embracing the individuals' right to freedom of speech, and provide community-driven content to your friends and neighbors. Most programming is produced (and owned) by WBAC members. Some is sponsored by town residents or people working in Boylston and some is Public Domain.
We always welcome and encourage new members.
